Do you charge sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax for any orders that ship into California We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered outside these states. Tax charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the shopping cart screen before Checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders usually ship within 2 - 5 business days unless a backorder or special order is indicated next to an item on the order. A Shipment Confirmation e-mail with tracking number is sent when an order is shipped and a valid e-mail address is supplied to us in the Checkout process. If your order will not be available within 24 hours, or is out-of-stock, we will notify you by email if and when the item will be available, or if the item has been phased-out, as the case may be.
What does "BACKORDERED" status next to an item mean?
Backorders (items temporarily out of stock) are infrequent and typically last less than 2 weeks. In rare instances, a backorder can last 3-4 weeks or more. You can always change or cancel an order with a status of "Pending", "Backorder". If an item you've ordered remains backordered, we will notify you and present available options.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has shipped.
How long does it take to process my order?
We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it. We must receive your order before 1:00PM Eastern Time
How do I check shipping charges?
To check shipping charges, put the desired item in the basket by pressing “Add to cart”. You will now need to enter you zipcode. Shipping costs will be shown after entering zipcode and pressing enter. Shipping is not charged on the basis of order amount, we don't feel that is fair. We simply calculate the weight of your order and using your zip code
The tracking number you gave me isn't working, what is wrong?
Generally this is because the package has not yet been scanned by Carrier . Please wait at least 24 hours to update the tracking number.
I did not receive all items that I ordered, why is this?
Often, your order will be split into multiple shipments from different warehouses across the country. We make every effort to ship from the same warehouse but this cannot always happen due to changing inventory levels. Please email us if you need additional tracking information on other parts of your order that have not yet arrived.
**Due to verification process we are required to ship to the address where you receive your monthly credit card statements. In the event that you would like to ship to your another address, we require that you list that address with your credit card company as an alternate ship address.
Do I have to be home to get my order?
If you live in a single family residence carrier will normally leave your package if you're not at home.
If you live in a Multi-Family Residence (2 or more units share the same entry door to the facility) carrier will NOT leave your package for security reasons. Someone must be present to sign for the package due to experience with packages being inadvertently taken or stolen.
Usually carrier will make a total of three (3) delivery attempts, sometimes 2 on a single day (T-Sat). After each delivery attempt will leave a Door Tag telling you the approximate time of the next delivery. If after 3 attempts they still have not found you at home, they will hold your package at the local carrier office for ten (10) additional days, during which time you can pick the package up.
If after 10 days you have not picked up the package from the their office, it will be returned to us.
Reshipment charges apply for orders returned for non-delivery.
We does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim.
We recommends that highly fragile products are opened prior to accepting shipment.
